OUR APPROACH

Prepare carefully. Validate early. Move forward with evidence.

Kanaz's seven-step methodology helps structure the journey from initial readiness to longer-term market development. The activities selected at each stage depend on your business, product and the evidence needed to make the next decision.

  1. Assess

Review management commitment, business readiness and the objectives behind your Japan plans.

  2. Prepare

Strengthen documentation, pricing logic and Japan-facing materials before approaching the market.

  3. Validate

Test important assumptions through appropriate research, consumer feedback, inside-sales activity or product trials.

  4. Adapt

Refine positioning, packaging and communication using the findings from the market.

  5. Connect

Engage suitable buyers, distributors, retailers or system integrators within the agreed project scope.

  6. Pilot

Run a controlled proof of concept to examine market response or implementation feasibility.

  7. Scale

Use validated learning to plan channels, representation and longer-term commercial relationships.

Each step should help answer a specific question: what do we know, what remains uncertain, and what evidence would justify the next investment?

Relationship to JIN

Two structures, kept separate.

The seven steps explain Kanaz's overall advisory approach. JIN's five-stage pathway describes CRTM's service structure. They complement one another and are named and displayed separately.

Where the report fits

A starting point, not the whole journey.

The Market Insight Report supports initial understanding and planning. It can identify assumptions worth testing through a later JIN engagement. It does not, by itself, complete the Validate, Connect, Pilot or Scale stages.
