How a validation pathway can be tailored

The JIN programme material presents the following examples of research and market-entry activities. These describe the pathway; they do not assert that every listed activity has been completed.

  • MIMPIKITA — Apparel.

The programme example describes a survey of 300 Japan-based consumers, product-line selection, a landing-page response test and a department-store pop-up pathway. The 300-person figure belongs to that example and is not a guaranteed sample size for other customers.

  • Zaiyadal Aquaculture — Processed seafood.

The example covers telephone research for potential buyers, export planning and specialist coordination around approvals, compliance and logistics.

  • Rezza Brand — Instant food.

The example covers tasting sessions, consumer surveys and interviews, and feedback on taste, packaging and price to inform product development and channel planning.

These are parent-company background rather than part of the NipponTrade product catalogue.
